Hello all! I'm ready to get back into daily practice when I arrive in Las Cruces, NM - a 1,300 mile drive from Minneapolis! Moving/prep/driving can really disrupt one's schedule - at least mine, so looking forward to being back in "community" in a day or two! 😍

Yaama! I am a First Nations woman from Australia and I have followed Devi by YouTube for years. I decided it was time to give gratitude and pay for the pleasure, and to find out what other pearls are in the app. So looking forward to interacting with the yoga community and I hope to also do some training. It’s been a while since I made a longer Yin video since I’ve been hard at work creating enough 20-30 min sessions for all you daily practitioners. But if you’re one of my diehard yinsters who’ve been asking for a longer session, here’s a new 60 min class to deliver you into bliss and spaciousness — with luxurious pose holds, an on-screen timer, and optional props for deeper support. Good morning! I'm trying a holistic approach to healing a case of bicep tendonitis - yoga and accupuncture - I'd like to avoid going to PT if I can as my schedule is a little chaotic right now.  Can you recommend specific poses that can help with this? And any poses I should definitely avoid? Thanks in advance for any suggestions! 🙏🥰
