Devi, I don't know how you do it: each practice is exactly what my body is craving. This mix of strength and stretch was perfect. I feel simultaneously strong and supple. Thank you.
My hips, spine and psoas are softer and happier from this perfectly-timed practice. And the meditation gave sacred space to process big things. Thank you, as always, for your gentle guidance.

This practice was so nurturing. Front openings, in gentle stillness, were just what my body was craving. Thank you.
I tend to lean toward the shorter practices, but I committed to this one today and it was divine. I really enjoyed beginning with the forward fold and found a new kind of ease in the swan, sphinx and cobra variations. The meditation was easy (today, that is) and sealed the practice nicely. Thank you, Devi.

This was a gentle, perfect practice. Those spinal twists are always a good measure of where things stand for me. Would it be possible to post morning sessions the night before (in the U.S.) so that those practicing in Europe have access to it in their morning? I have wanted to start a morning session a few times and found that it wasn't available until the afternoon/evening. Thank you for considering. And thanks for the wonderful classes!
