After years of sitting at a desk job, I find that my back is so stiff and will get spasms if I try to lie flat. I just started with Devi Daly Yoga yesterday. I started with Yin Fascia Release | Slow Deep Stretch For Legs, Hips, Back & Shoulders, after 7 minutes I had to stop as my back was in spasm. I did a search on what videos I can use for my back. Any words of wisdom? Thank you, Julia
