First of all, when I heard Meditation, I considered changing to another class.Then realised that I must be here for a reason.So glad I stayed because there was a lot to learn (specifically not to "fear" meditation). . This class is going into my favourites.For shoelace I did sleeping swan.Because shoelace and square are pretty inaccessible to me andDeer doesn't give me much of a stretch.Thanks for this very special class Devi 🙏ps loved all the noise of real life x

I enjoyed getting into frog with mats under my knees and little cushions under my ankles - it felt so good. 🙏

At present I am doing the teacher training and feel that this foundations courses will enhance that.I chose figure 4 because I get a great stretch doing that AND I can't stack my legs in square anyway.Also, I like the stretch better in spinal twist if I keep my shoulders in the floor and rest my squared knees on a bolster.    🙏

I love figure four for the great stretch I gethowever, it's a challenge to know what to do with my long long arms which I couldtie in a knot at the end.  😂
