My shoulders are VERY stiff and it is hard for me to do anything involving them.  It was so good to do these stretches. . .  Thanks Devi, I'll look for more of this is your other videos. 🙏

I think this back bend sequence is particularly good for my very stiff back.  I will do this one a few times AND also  check out the video devoted to Saddle Pose which is a huge challenge for me.  Thanks Devi 🙏
