I'm really enjoying this 14 day Yin Reset thanks Devi.      For years I've been a lover of Iyengar until this year I went to a local yin class with my daughter.  It's too far for me to go regularly and that's how I found you on YouTube.  Your classes have shown me the tension I hold in my body (even though I thought I was loose and relaxed).  🙏

I'm enjoying this 14 day series.  Learning more and more.  What I'm really noticing is the tension in my body and liking that you mention relaxing everything quite a bit.  It's incredible how I find more and more parts of myself to let go.  🙏
