I am located in Western North Carolina Foothills. My goals for this month are to simply return to the app each day and do at least 30 minutes of yoga per day maybe more if I’m feeling it. Thank you, Devi for giving me the motivation to get on my mat each day! 🕊️🙏❤️‍🩹
