This is the last of the evening practices I’ve done and I am growing to love them as a wonderful way to surrender into my bed. Thank you Devi! Looking forward to more evening setting practices in the future 🙇🏻‍♀️🌙✨

Play into the role of the observer often and noticing what happens when I allow “the thing” an opportunity to unfold into whatever it is I feel the universe is trying to guide me towards. And the courage to release it if it’s genuinely not for me.

The universe knew I needed a slow recovery practice🙌🏽 My favorites were supported fish and deer pose. I love how just a few props can take you a long way in releasing the tension and provide some delicious openings in the heart 🤍

Magical indeed! Such an inviting practice. Some hesitations by jumping right in with half butterfly pose as it feels a bit intense on my right knee but I have fine tuned the pose so it is nested safely inside my chest by leaning more on my hip to reach the target area. Thank you for always encouraging to find the way to make the pose work for our own body Devi!

I’m practicing a minimum of five times a week and have been getting used to the a longer practice time 45+. Even if some practices are in the shorter range I mostly go over 20-30min bc I rewind if I need more time in a pose. Especially bc sometimes the pause is hard to get to 😅So it doesn’t really make a huge difference for me.

9AM California time would make it 8PM for me here in Arabia. It would be a treat to do something like this to wrap up my day! Thanks for the poll Devi, even if this time slot doesn’t work out it’s nice to be heard 😌

I’ve noticed my body craves the twists. After each exhale I find more space a progressive and delightful release. Wonderful way to start my day. I really enjoy the outdoor practices Devi. I lock in the image and throughout the practice I feel as if I was right there…that energy travels! 🌲✨💛

So many good feels. I find shoelace is kinder to my knees than with cow. I can still access the target area and I’m not straining my knees. Thank you for this lovely practice Devi!
