So many intense feels during this practice! I had never experienced cat’s tail. It felt exquisite. Wonderful release from within. My body also melted into deep relaxation pose using blankets, blocks to dangle my ankles, bolster under my knees and covered my eyes. This was a perfect lengthy practice🫶🏼

Rolling panda felt exquisite. This was the perfect twist for my body today. The more I anchored into my breath, the deeper the release 🐼💎✨

Seal was less challenging for me today. Working on finding the “softness” within this pose in my body. I found using a blanket helpful to ease a bit more. Grateful for this time to connect with body and mind. 🙇🏻‍♀️✨

I love to pause right as we’re about to enter star or savasana and set a 5-10 minute timer to lock-in the nutrients of the practice. Pure bliss✨✨

I needed something gentle today. I was a bit overwhelmed last night but this practice was the perfect way to start a new day. My quality of life is so much better with yoga in it ✨✌🏽🤍

Paying myself first before giving giving my energy to others. Even if it only means doing something I enjoy in solitude, putting on my favorite aromatherapy oil and massaging my face, sitting in gratitude, meditating about what I want to do that day. For me, it’s the simple acts of self-love and care that I wish I had put before tending to anyone else’s needs.
