This was a nice tuning in practice with some love for both fascia and movement. This is well served motivation to get me going into my week and some new chapters in my yoga journey 🙇🏻‍♀️✨Thank you Devi

I remember when the use of blocks was underestimated…not no’mo

They’re a yin yogis favorite kind of Lego’s 🧱✨🤭

This was a gem practice💎✨ I felt like all the poses were right for my body’s energy today. The half puppy pose will definitely be added to my arsenal. There really are infinite variations to fit every body. Spacious body Yin “exhale” 🌬️✨

My body felt especially heavy coming onto the mat today. This practice left me feeling softer and lighter. Ahhh…the magic of Yin 🪄✨🙇🏻‍♀️

More and more I feel my mat has become my sacred space. Thank you for these gentle moving offerings Devi. They nurture much more than body🙇🏻‍♀️✨

Happy December fellow yogis❄️✨

Rather than feeling dominated by rigidity, I am welcoming the practice of allowing. Allowing my intuition to set the tentative path. I visualize it as if it were already so. And while on it, I observe. I make adjustments. Does doing something versus the other fit my purpose for that moment or day? I choose to remain open. To explore new possibilities while honoring the boundaries and comforts I know bring me joy.

Have a wonderful season everyone☃️🙌🏽🤍

I find that no matter what time of day I practice, Yin gets me excited to arrive on my mat before I start the day or land on it in the evening before I get in bed. Either way it’s a win or should I say “Yin” 😅✨
