First time on the mat after a bit of a break. It felt blissful. I did square pipe as a cross legged on the floor. Ive been very busy and quite stressed lately due to many things happening outside of my control. I need this practice to start my body unwinding again. Its odd how I make excuses to not do it even though my body needs it.
