My first faltering steps into Vinyasa. Not as intimidating as I expected, maybe as it was nice and slow. I often get left behind in flow sequences but this was perfect. Challenged mostly by the big step forward from lunge into forward bend - rather scrappy but easily forgivable! Maybe I am ready for a little more 'action' after all ...?! Thank you, Devi, for helping me build my confidence.

Marianne, I search for 'Yoga for strong knees' or 'Yoga for lazy glutes' on Youtube. There are some great short videos. I have my favourites but it might be a bit rude to name them here ... And before, or sometimes after the strengthening, I come back here to this site to stretch and connect and relax those tight muscles ;-)

I have had a similar experience, Bob. Was 'impossible' a year ago. Now, using a thick cushion under the seat and leaning back on the sofa I can hold it and actually breathe!
