Wonderfully peaceful and nurturing. Another favourite. Thank you. I've been meaning to ask about Spinal Twist, Devi. Understanding that the target area is the spine, of course, but i always find that the most intense (and hugely satisfying) sensation is felt in in the back of the uppermost hip. I barely notice anything in my spine. Am i missing something?
