I did this practice in the a.m. before work and it energized me. I usually practice in the evening, and the poses relax me. So interesting to notice the difference between how my body responds at the beginning and end of the day!Â

Liked this one, and was happy to see so many variations of half saddle. I did the 1st post, lying on my side, and it worked well for me! I don't have much hip flexibility, so I was able to focus on the stretch rather than the pain or what I can't do! ;)Â
