Thank you from Minneapolis, MInnesota! This was a wonderful practice for hips! As a runner, and now 65, I realize how much I need hip flexibility and stretching. My goal is to practice (almost!) every day with you and continue to incorporate deep stretching along with the running & walking I also do. You are such a great instructor!

Wonderful sequence of poses! Square pose doesn't really work for me (runner, TIGHT hips!) - I have cricket legs doing it, even the crossed legs don't really work well. I'm wondering if there is a similar pose that could be done on the back?Â
