I always appreciate it when you give options for a pose - saddle is definitely a pose I can't do - my body doesn't bend that way! - so really liked the option of sphinx. Thank you for this practice!

I used a folded blanket, which worked quite well. Substituted sphinx for seal and still felt a gentle backbend. I like the long holds in the evening - I'm ready for bed! Thank you!

Really liked using the blocks in those positions. Could really get into those poses in a different way than being totally on the floor. I'll probably use them more often now!

I honestly think this is one of my favorite sessions with you! Love all the stretches - so good!

The fish pose worked well with the blocks for me. Might have been tiring to just use my arms as the prop. Thanks for the variation!

Wonderful practice! I did a lot of sitting this weekend, and the stretches were perfect for releasing tension!

Hip practices are really a challenge for me, but I did it! I'm pretty sure that my hips don't rotate the same way - I have "cricket legs" the closer I bring them. I don't think I'd ever get them flatter, so I appreciate you saying that anatomies are different! I still feel the stretches tho.

Hi! I would do it too - I started it a while back and got through about day 7. I almost always do my yoga before bed because it's so relaxing.

🥳🧁 It's my birthday! Just so thankful to be in good health! So many people can't say the same so TODAY I say thank you for health!

Wonderful practice at the end of the day with the long holds. I really appreciate your reminding us of where we should be feeling the stretch - can make a brief adjustment if I want to deepen there. Thanks!
