Enjoyed the (recorded) practice - so glad you mentioned the hamstring cramping! I get that if I try cat tail or similar moves - don't even try them now because I experienced cramping in the past. I'll have to try strengthening my hamstrings! I am a runner, but could try add'l moves. Thanks as always for this sequence!

Thank you- on this last day of the year - to set the mind and body for this new year!

A great stretch using the strap! I can't do the Jamie stretch (!), so I defiititely have to use the strap to get my foot off the ground! I'm in Las Cruces (southern) New Mexico (US) and enjoying my move out of the cold Midwest! :)

I'm sure it was divine, as Bob said, but I kind of nodded off at the end ..! 😊

My bolster arrived today(!) so I chose this practice for my first REAL bolster practice at home. So relaxing and soothing. Looking forward to going back to some of the bolster practices that I did before having the (real!) prop, and experiening these again! Thank you, Devi!

Hi Deena! The video has a small icon at the bottom that needs to be turned on- it's a bell with a line through it if it's off. I hope you can hear it!
