This was my first hour long yin class with you - (watching later) - and it was amazing! I feel that yin is such a cathartic practice. Such much energy released while holding the stretches. Enjoy the last leg of your hot journey - looks wonderful (from here in Minneapolis!)

Thanks for the option of butterfly for saddle. I don't think I have a body structure that will ever enable me to get into saddle, even though I'm quite flexible, so it was really nice to have an option! The opening of the opposite leg (as Stefanie said) enabled me to do a supported half saddle. Really enjoyed this practice!

I loved the incorporation of blocks at so many points today. I realized today that the blocks actually helped me feel the poses where you indicated I'd feel them - when I (usually) don't use them, I feel stretching but not as much as I did when I used the blocks. They were so helpful!

A wonderful practice, done before bed...I could feel so much tension being released! Bob, good suggestion to be in a more yogi state before practicing! Thank you, Devi, for this wonderful stretch!

So relaxing for me, I'll do it in the evening next time! 🙂 Thank you for the suggestions using the block. I could really feel the target areas when I did so. I can do saddle pose with the block in the highest position under my head - so thanks again for the suggestion. I am always amazed at how much my body releases over the course of a pose! Have a wonderful day! So glad you are here for us!

This one is probably my favorite practice so far! I realize how much energy I put into being "tight" and how I have to concentrate to let go! The difference between the end of the pose and beginning can be quite different in my body! Thank you for this one! Like Bob, I often use a block under my hip for pigeon/swan, but I'm loosening up more & more and don't always need one. Namaste!
