Liked this one, and was happy to see so many variations of half saddle. I did the 1st post, lying on my side, and it worked well for me! I don't have much hip flexibility, so I was able to focus on the stretch rather than the pain or what I can't do! ;)Â

Thanks for the question, Tammy Ray, and video, Devi! I'll also check that video out. I had a yoga teacher say that our hips are built differently and some of us just won't be able to do certain poses. I feel the same about this pose. Blocks can really help, but I just do what I can and know that my hips rotate differently. Would you agree, Devi?
