I live in Minneapolis- not nearly as exciting as a warm beach location! 😄 Not sure I have a fav pose, since they all help me stretch!

Easy was "gentle" tonight & my body appreciated this practice! As always, thank you so much for this one!

Evenings before bed. Not only do I have the time, but I have more mental space to practice.

After I woke up, I can tell you it was very relaxing and soothing... 🙂

Another session where I say THIS one is my favorite! The instructions were great for shoelace pose - I could get into it quite easily. Wonderful pose for the evening before bed! Thanks!

Loved this slow movement practice. I like the quiet music with the practice - it enhances my focus and relaxation. This was great before bed! Thank you, Devi!

This was my first hour long yin class with you - (watching later) - and it was amazing! I feel that yin is such a cathartic practice. Such much energy released while holding the stretches. Enjoy the last leg of your hot journey - looks wonderful (from here in Minneapolis!)

Thanks for the option of butterfly for saddle. I don't think I have a body structure that will ever enable me to get into saddle, even though I'm quite flexible, so it was really nice to have an option! The opening of the opposite leg (as Stefanie said) enabled me to do a supported half saddle. Really enjoyed this practice!
