Rolling Panda. My first attempts ended in something like Tumbling Turtoise and even when I managed not to fall over, it didn't feel relaxing at all. Today was the first time I really enjoyed this pose.

Amazing practice for my stiff neck and shoulders. This was also the first time I could really relax in Rolling Panda.

Aaaaaaah! I need more of these upper body stretches. 🥰

I tend to draw up my shoulders under stress. This practice helped a lot to soften my shoulders again.

What an amazing background. This practice was pure bliss after a very noisy party for my wonderful teenage daughter.

Will be doing this today. Iwas driving home from a business trip yesterday evening. I would have preferred a relaxing Yoga session.

Devi Daly The additional pillow under the shoulder girdle did the trick. My hands are still a bit uncomfortable but it is much better. Thank you! 🤗

I am so very sorry for your loss. 😞

Devi Daly I asked my husband to take a photo today. Looking at the photo, I think a small cushion under the head might help to relief some strain. Legs and hips feel fine, but my fingers and lower forearms feel very strained.
