Found a fun and helpful routine already. I pick five cards every morning and do one pose every hour (filled up with some strength-building exercises).

Got mine today. This is an awesome addition to my desk "exercise snacks" and looks very decorative in my office. Unfortunately, UPS hasn't updated shipping notifications, so I can't write a recommendation on Amazon yet.

Wonderful practice to stretch my body after lifting weights ❤️

For me it is still Happy Baby. I can easily do Child's Pose which is similar. It puts strain on my hands which feels uncomfortable. But I also think that there's a mental issue because I rarely had the chance to be a happy, playful child.

If I do saddle or half saddle, I put a yoga block under the knees. That helps me a lot to reduce strain on the joints.
