Qigong, Hatha Yoga, strength, Pilates or Arobic about and hour with 10 min rowing/cycling or cross trainer to round off. , before breakfast. Two walks with the dog during the day then YIN with Nidra/NSDR as my evening routine. All part of my ‘recovery’ regime post stroke - it certainly has really helped in the physical recovery, the YIN and Nidra helps the wind down and processing I need at the end of the day and relaxation I need before bed. When feeling really chilled I then meditate practicing my calligraphy writing out the heart Sutra which might interest Bob S’. Your daily streak helps me keep on track (day 14 tonight) and I do have to get stuck ruminating about which of your sessions I might like to do, which can I glide through perhaps quickly, your calendar gives me no option, easy choice - the just listen to my body when a pose feels a little too optimistic- it’s funny I need the little reward of ‘another days streak’ thank you Devi

Note to self, when your body says option 1, listen to it…. It knows best. Lovely session as the moon tracked across my window, it would have loved the birdsong from yesterdays session to enhance my moment - nice - thank you Devi

Well it was easy on my knee which was great. It was a nice flow ans stretch that seemed to get to all parts. Easy to follow. The only part I found slightly out of sync was the speed of the flow we repeated earlier in the practice, my body wanted it to be slower and it skipped one flow to feeel the stretch. Other than that ‘Nice’ thank you

I do it daily as my evening routine, though very painful arthritis in my knee means I have to skip certain poses unfortunately, so the 20/30 minutes are helpful for me. I like not having to think of what to do so 7 days would be great

The most satisfying crunch/release in my lower back as i slipped into that final child’s pose - this was my evening yoga session but that seemed to release all my tension built up in my day - a great short practice that hit the mark.

Inspired by your last backdrop in Yosemite I tried to capture that sunset or was it sunrise, just a form of meditation while engraving. This new backdrop calls for a watercolour/sumie-e meditation once having done the practice tonight. Got to find some great locations for my practice soon when on my next trip in my camper.

My yoga room faces south, so I maximise the light of the moon when it becomes towards being full. My favourite futon mat with my cork yoga mat on top and always a beeswax taper candle that lasts about forty minutes and my Japanese incense sticks helps with the Nidra session I do after your Yin - though finding this space when travelling in my camper van is hard! (Some of your recent locations look fab) Loose linen clothing is just perfect and the body seems to realise it is time to let go and relax into my practice.
