I haven't written a poem in some time, but one came last night.  called How to Catch a Butterfly.

Be still

There’s a moment when curiosity meets

Fragile on a fingertip

Design and beauty unfolds

Cherish it

Then watch as it moves on

The memory left, the gift

Not meant to be captured

Rather captivated within the heart
