Devi,  I want to thank you for the new chair yoga routine.  I don't normally do chair yoga but I had a recent minor surgery and I am going to do chair yoga for a while until my incision heals.  Great timing on your part!

Hello from Pittsburgh!  A friend turned me on to your site last January.  I did the 30-day challenge in 2 months :), and then signed up for your website.  I love it!  I find that I am more likely to do a floor-based practice on my own.  I also do an in-person Qigong class which is a standing practice and which complements my online yin practice.  I love your website with its variety of classes.  Thank you for offering this yin practice.
