That "Notice how you feel" moment at the end. I first noticed the deep, rich, colors of the room, then my spine was all a rush. Through this practice I was total in my breath, working deeper and deeper in to poses and relishing the freedom to "find what feels good" for myself. I recalled at one point in the past you had taught me how to take a deep breath, how I needed to achieve one. Drawing the breath in, then pausing, then drawing in more, before exhale. I see my breath is getting stronger and so my poses and concentration. My OMs responded with yours, my smile as well. Namaste

Loved this practice. Reached deep into old injures and finding a normalization. Ample time for "finding that point of nothingness" too. I can't but help "taking it into the rest of the day"....🕊️
