With all obstacles I have found patience and gradual position key. I do only what the moment allows. I then rest in a pose I know ease. Alow time.

This practice found on a night I awoke and followed. The overwhelming sensation of change was the only theme. Near end I pictured a new moon, a new path, neither judged but forward. My eyes opened and I found the clock displaying 12:00. A new day had begun.

Thank you Hanne.  Tell the Kula gang I said hi, and I am doing fine.

This one looked right so I jumped ahead a day.  I was able to work around and through a sore shoulder from gardening the day before.  It felt good to have my body in inverted, relieving chest and cold remnants.  Good practice to help me get back in the game....

Loved it, favorited it!  After a difficult night with one of my pups this really helped loosen the tension and ease my mind.

Great day of slow recovery.  Love how going through the motions settles me, helps me refocus, address the stiffness that idle time with an illness brings.  I found a real softness, settling in to each pose.  My troublesome knees felt oddly "padded" today so I enjoyed panda even more.

Rather hard to get it all in one shot, but I have area, windows provide a different view of each day. There's a sofa out of view where my pups take positions at opposite ends to monitor my progress.
