I'm finding great benefit in the longer, more mindful poses. Just recently, although I feel good and am in great health, I can sense my body "winding down." I'm very meditative these days and Yin compliments it so nicely. I'm actually developing greater flexibility and stability with the practice. There is a tightness I feel like I had accepted as normal that I am now able to move beyond and find rest in. I don't feel as strong as I once did, yet I enjoy an active life. I never really expected to reach this age, so it's all icing on the cake.
