Not feeling really sore I hit the mat, wondering the benefits I would find. Much to my surprise when we first went down on the mat, there it was. My wrist was incredibly sore when bending backwards. I knew it was from the weed and grass removable I had been doing the past couple of days.
So I went to fists first. I found this to be my solution in the past for tender wrists. As the practice progressed I gradually felt the release I needed to carefully follow. It was as if I just needed a jump start.
I really enjoyed pigeon as well as the other moves. Seems I am finally opening up my hips to find more in so many poses.
I glanced up at the movement of the water at times. I think that helped too.

I do Yin daily so this would be great! Length doesn't really matter to me personally.
