I'm starting to sense shorter practices are not enough.  I will probably start choosing longer ones from my favorites and adding them to My Calendar so I have a easy choice each morning.

Always great to work my shoulders and neck!  And who doesn't need a ease the stress these days....

Back to where I started.  It was nice to reminisce on the mat today during the now familiar poses and the Yin method.  Some random search lead me to what would be a new phase in my life. I'm grateful that our two paths did meet.  Along with the insight,  I found both teacher and a friend.

I loved listening to that water gurgling during this practice.  I felt as on an ancient ball of creation.  I kept peaking to see if it would go off!  LOL. It was great to see the man behind the camera.  Care to share how you two met?  😁

Great extended practice.  Planning a kayaking trip today so felt this prepared me.  Liked the optional sleeping swan variations.

It will be interesting to see how this works for others. I practice yoga and meditation daily. Even the competition I had with myself has faded over time. It’s just a part of life now.

Tagged as a Favorite and very meditative for me.  My Lazy-Boy prop perfect for the half-saddles.  Gentle moves lend themselves to deeper work within the target areas, so beneficial!  For the past few days, during meditation, I have had a pronounced, warm, glowing surround the length of my spine.  In part I suspect to the work I've been doing with Yin.

I wear sweats and a T-Shirt year round as my 1st floor stays cool.
