I do Yin daily so this would be great!  Length doesn't really matter to me personally.

Not feeling really sore I hit the mat, wondering the benefits I would find.  Much to my surprise when we first went down on the mat, there it was.  My wrist was incredibly sore when bending backwards.  I knew it was from the weed and grass removable I had been doing the past couple of days.

So I went to fists first.  I found this to be my solution in the past for tender wrists.  As the practice progressed I gradually felt the release I needed to carefully follow.  It was as if I just needed a jump start.

I really enjoyed pigeon as well as the other moves.  Seems I am finally opening up my hips to find more in so many poses.

I glanced up at the movement of the water at times.  I think that helped too.

What a beautiful way to start the day.  Long, luscious, meditative poses found in each variation needed in the moment.  My mind attempting to fill with thoughts kept at bay, with your little nuggets of insight woven through the music.

I rare, lazy morning where I slept in, okay till 7:30, but still...  This was the perfect wake up, letting the breath and the stretches move blood and energy to my body.  Today I noticed my happy baby was better.   I think using the breath as instructed recently is helping me relax and deepen in each pose.

So enjoy my mornings with you.  I liked the setup for our breath work throughout.  It helped in deepening the poses.  I also like the music in the background.  Calming it was...

Perfect timing!  I needed to relax.  Your instruction on upright swan was just what I needed to make adjustments to the pose.  As the mind slows down and focuses on the body and breath, the busy thoughts subside.

So much packed in this little package!  My goto when time is of the essence.  Even had my heart going at the end.
