I benefit so from the interactions and options of using our blocks.  Focusing on the target area, rather than the perfect form helps me so much.  Nice stretches to counter the new tightness, as I starting bike riding again.  Despite my mood when I arrive, you always leave me with a smile Devi.  A lesson I try to take with me and pass along.🙂

Let's call this on an intimate interlude.  As I finished, I turned to the Insight verses, 147 for today.  It read:

"Being transformed by even one of these practices, Fullness of experience develops breath by breath. One day the desire of the self for the great Self Is consummated. Come ready for that moment!"

I took at breath and looked out at the day knowing it had arrived.

Loved the exploration, particularly Panda and Rainbow Twists.  In an extremely rare occasion I missed a day of practice yesterday so this was just what was needed.  ❤️ I am also near complete on a Gratitude Garden on my lot, where I'll dedicate a candle for you Devi.

How to make a perfect practice:   Take one hour of yin.  Add equal portions of Devi and yourself.  Follow directions. Adjust as needed.  Blend carefully.  Meditate until smooth and pliable.  Enjoy a tasty day! 😋

Wow!  I really have a new and growing appreciation of sphinx pose.  Loved all the variations and felt a new, energy in my tailbone.  My root wa buzzing.  Always learning to better relax and deepen within.  Tadpoles into twisted were great.  That smile of yours is a great send-off into the day.

I was looking for a little oasis and found this jewel in the desert of my life.  Thoughts were bombarding my mind but finally gave way to Devi's magic.  I was able to really get down into the poses and knew my dog-walking cardio would round out my morning requirements.  I read the final sutra today, #112.  I'll take my journey down the Insight Verses next and see where that lead me, or where I lead me...

I like to let words find me on the mat.  For this it was "sensual."  I found so much deeper movement in these gradual moves and motion, the beauty in this day expanding around me.  I think we slip unknowingly at times into a higher realm.  Today I was there.  Let me linger.  Sutra #111 this morning, followed by sutra #26.  Yes I am home Devi, right where I belong...

You might want to dub over this one. 😊 Possibly when you start your next live session you can run a sound check with us.  I did enjoy the poses, but listening was difficult.
