Commented on Yin Yoga Medicine

"...and notice how you feel."  My body felt at rest while my spine, a column of energy.  My busy mind needed this medicine.

Sutra 26... "I belong here.  I am at home."  I found small advances today.  I love the presence explored during these stretches.  My mind kept telling me, this is your favorite time of the day, yet it is still here, with me.  What a beautiful balance you've shown me Devi.

My body is still settling down, yet the energy is still swirling around my spine.  It was the purest of joy being present in each move.  I love the moments that take me beyond words.  That's where you took me.

Commented on Beginner Yin Stretch

This practice allowed me to slowly and gently elongate my muscles, letting go of built-up tension of which I was both aware and unaware.  As often happens, I was left at session's end with a profound sense of tranquility and relaxation.  II always try to approach each practice with a beginner's mind.😊

We have to keep meeting like this...😉. Love the attention in everything and noticing how tight my shoulders are and areas there I need to focus.  Extraordinary practice!

Devi Daly😊 I've established a routine of delving into a sutra every day following my practice. What a splendid present I've bestowed upon myself.

Your ending comment, "Have a wonderful rest of your day."  This struck me as I was going to use the word "wonderful" to start my comment.  "What a wonderful way to start the day."  This was the thought that emerged through this extraordinary practice.  I am finding gradual progress in many of the poses, taking the time to really sense the movement and target areas.  I was meditating throughout.  Wonderful...❤️

Deep & Delightful the Devi way…

Lots of new moves in this practice so I will have to vise often.  Nice balance of Yang and Yin.

Loved, loved, loved the detail throughout this practice. I had a freak accident running a marathon back in 2017 and ended up will that broken clavicle and scapula.  So many of the poses allowed be to bring benefit more to these areas.  Yoga over the years has helped me adjust to the new dynamics of bones and muscles, yet still I am finding more.  Great compliment to yesterday's apple tree pruning routine.
