Well I did this on a sleepy Sunday morning, but could tell the slow and deliberate moves and stretches as if it were bedtime.  I usually fall asleep meditating or half way through a chapter in an audiobook, but will give this a try tonight.

So new, working hatha and vinyasa with you.  Could feel the benefits of Yin practice throughout.  I am finding new strength in my legs and love the special variations you provide and encourage.  I'd been saving this one and it was just perfect for the day.  I am really enjoying theses longer sessions.  Oh and the gulls were great to hear at times.🕊️

I really like exploring in these poses and I used my blocks throughout which was really helpful.  I felt with the slow, deliberate ways I moved I could both take care, and find so many different stretches.  My shoulder are really tight, hell almost everything is tight, so this allowed me to find what felt best and good.

When I first started taking yoga classes it was in a room next to the cafeteria of a hospital.  Sirens at times, chatter of people and cars passing, and we were taught early are that it was just part of the practice.😊

Against such a beautiful backdrop, this practice was perfect for this day.  With a focusing on Zen meditation of late, the stillness in poses blended into an awareness of my body and then where my mind would travel at times.  But ahhh the quiet space, being there.  Then the sutra spoke of opposing perceptions, dropping them and finding the space in-between.  I smiled and noticed the lovely day of which I was already part.

Really surprised at the change using the props had for me.  I felt like I was "in" poses (like saddle) that are challenging for me.  I've discovered that for some reason I slightly put one knee ahead of the other in poses and by adjusting it, lessen the strain I was putting on the other.  Definitely going to use these tools in the future.

Devi Daly I like to comment right after the practice, before the day has its chance to prey on my thoughts.  It's like the whisper in the ear of a secret each morning.  Noticing the unfolding of Life within us.

Boy that felt good.  Loved the blend of your voice and the ocean serenade.  The tip to adjust the shoulder while in a twist was something I've needed to work with for so long.  Careful attention and awareness throughout, so nice.  Thank you for sharing the Baja California Sur.  Noticed the clarity of you voice during the practice so bravo for that.

I benefit so much from the gradual and awareness given within each pose. This or that, that or this, and I am finding my best spot for the moment.  I've had a sore knee for some time which working with Yin over the past few months feels corrected.  Part of my issues was not paying attention to the proper placement or when moving too fast into the next position.

The reading of a sutra each morning after practice seems to speak to each day, setting my mind off in the Oneness of it all.  I have now a larger bolster to follow along.  Its use and the little tips you provide have allowed me to better reach advances in positions.  Slow by surely, breath by breath.🕊️

The indescribable ease of presence, yet it is.  I look at my keyboard, for combinations to express, but they are not there.  Surprised, several poses I was able to move into deeply.  Focus on feeling rather than words.
