I like butterfly as I am able to work so much within it.  Back, side stretches and groin of course.

Lovely way to start the day!

Relaxing, low-to-the-mat moments. My shoulders seem to have reached a milestone, now resting easily on the ground in my twists. What once felt almost unattainable, uncomfortable even, has transformed into a comfortable achievement through time and persistence. A lesson to remember. But, as those late-night commercials remind me, "Wait! There's more!"

Enjoyed the practice but there was some odd distortion at times. I needed an easy morning. Thank you

Slept in this morning and then this.  I am finding "my" positioning more quickly and finding rest there.  In turn this is allowing me to gradually find new healing and I am noticing less aches in areas which had bothered me for some time.  Windshield wipers have never been a favorite of mine, but am finding that with them closer together of a more relaxing benefit.

Lots of insights found me this morning.  Greater "looking" into the the way my body needed to adjust enhanced so many poses.  I noticed a slight raising of Devi's feet as she moved into Puppy pose and I realized I had been focusing on my the bend of my back, rather than the shoulders.  I let my feet raise just a bit, and felt the magic.  I enjoy shoelace and liked the graceful way shown to move into it and the direction to that target area made it all the more. Understanding my skeletal and feeling the muscles and fascia made the sensations more deeper, while restful. I am learning the benefit of props more and keep them handy.

Very relaxing and fun playing with my props.

On the road so this one perfect to work in a practice while others slept. Feeling awake and alive. Loved the soft voice and beautiful background.

Great routine and beautiful location!   Finding my own version really helped me target areas, linger and grown in my stretches.  Very comfortable flow.  Time flew by...

I now have an old favorite!  I see I praised this practice back when I started.  So much more depth and attentiveness now.  These really helped me manage better rest in the poses and the blocks also help me ease any strain on my wrists.  Love using blocks and I am going to place them near me each practice to explore more.
