I surprised myself and scrolled through the practices and decided on this one.  Surprised as saddle used to be so difficult for me.  What a few months a difference can make.  While not the best, they are such an improvement for me, and while I can't get all the way back, I am becoming a master prop manager.  It felt so good to feel I had lost the struggle and could really concentrate on the target areas.  Walking the dogs right after was where I really felt the work.  It felt good.

I did this one today and it really felt good afterwards and hinted at areas I could use deeper relaxation.  Seemed tired the rest of my day, but carried on.  Not sure if it was the practice but felt of low energy.

Lovely Christmas delight. I had thought I would skip my morning routine as I would be recording a session later in the day, but I missed it, so joined you on the mat.  Filled with gratitude for the blessed moments you guide me through.  The hypnotic waves in the background so perfect for this meditation of mind and body...

I often get a lot out of a little, mindful practice and this was just that.  Taking time for focus on the target areas and given the liberty to adjust my body and weight as needed, so beneficial.  The "easy" practice of yesterday greeted me when I woke this morning, feeling this long stretches in the sides and abs and noticing I stood a bit more upright and stronger, so this one felt a balance to that, to return to those moments of comfort and growth within.  I love that rush that greets me at practice end.  Arms raised up, then brought down in prayer.  Always where I need to be to start each day....

I did this one after a sleep-in morning, a rare event for me.  These slow, thoughtful moves do so much for my shoulders and back.  Injured years ago, I was so aware of the healing and adjustments they had made since last April, when I started the Yin journey.  There's a new symmetry to my body, and to my soul.

Enjoyed the body bends this morning.  Im learning to find my comfortable spot and working from there.  My shoulders are feeling great.  I've never like windshield wipers, but the insight you provided on the true target area really helped.

Time flies by with this practice.  Found great relaxation in the postures today.  Heard the wind whipping up outside as I took this minute pauses to feel the energy inside me.  I really love Yin.

This is my goto practice when I'm in a hurry and want to feel extra good.  I hope some day you will consider providing a playlist function for us.  I would really be of benefit.

Loved this.  The extra time spent in each pose allowed me to find deeper stretches and advancement.  Getting to know my body more and more as time passes.  A little yang blended throughout, but gently and almost unnoticed.

Nice, quick practice for the windy day here, just enough time left to walk the dogs before it rains.  Sutra #104 read

"Holiness permeates everywhere.

Senses cannot grasp it.

Images cannot represent it.

It is totally free—

Free to appear as form,

Free to be beyond form.

Heart and body and mind in unison,

Attend to the unimaginable.

In the intercourse of unknowable and known,

An awakening will be born in you

As you join with that reality

Which you already are."
