Today I brought the tensions of the previous day, that of stacking a cord of wood, so there were lots of areas that both needed and loved the attention. I must have intuitively selected this practice the night before. I did feel a soreness in one knee while working with the half saddles, then recalled it was due to a fall when I had lost my step on the pile, so I was more mindful of what was needed. So much goodness for the shoulders and neck at the practice start. The emotions I had brought to the mat, found no place there. I think you know that when I bring my palms down in from of me at the end we share the same smile. 🙏

I decided to do this practice without any props of cushions. I took more care in the positions and micro adjusted where needed. Easy practice to follow and time flew by. Tight target areas were met with gradual relaxation. Loved it...
