So true!  The more we surrender to breath and presence, the more the body responds with openness and grace.

Simply a lovely practice.  The sun bursting out as I moved the props into my unique need for today.  Such wonderful stretches on the old body I have learned to appreciate.  And the eagerness I find that overtakes me, as I sit in anticipation of the sutra I will be reading at the end.

Time seemed to stretch, turning this 20-minute session into a delightful bonus. These stretches not only help me unwind after yesterday’s yard work, but after sleeping in this morning, they provided the perfect pick-me-up to get my day on track.

Ah to find the beginner's mind.  I sensed today, how I often bring a "trying" to the mat.  So today I focused on each moment, listening to the guidance I sometimes drift from.  I loved the action of gravity and breath finding their resting place within me.  Time moved so quickly, then a send off with a smile, the goal to let this energy found, blend into my day...

I liked the initial starting position, the angle taken to the camera to demonstrate the pose.

Reflecting on past posts can be a delightful and revealing experience, much like revisiting entries in a personal journal. Each post encapsulates a moment in time—your thoughts, skills, and creative energy frozen in that particular instance. When you look back, you aren’t just reading old content; you're witnessing your own evolution. 🌀

I used what I will term the chakra breath You introduced during the beginning of the practice.  With each pose thereafter I move from root to crown, then back.  My breath coursing through my spine, letting the breath deepen each prose, gently and reverently.  High winds and gusts were the backdrop as they swirled outside, my breath inside.  I read a radiance sutra after each practice.  Opening this book today's to 44.

Rivers of power flowing everywhere.

Fields of magnetism relating everything.

This is your origin. This is your lineage.

The current of creation is right here,

Coursing through subtle channels,

Animating this very form.

Follow the gentle touch of life,

Soft as the footprint of an ant,

As tiny sensations open to vastness.

Power sings as it flows,

Electrifies the organs of sensing,

Becomes liquid light,

Nourishes your entire being.

Celebrate the boundary

Where streams join the sea,

Where body meets infinity.

Your response to this practice spoke to me, I was looking for guidance, so I will be heading to the mat shortly to experience it myself.  I noticed it was provided on my last birthday...enough with the signs!  I'm on my way...
