I woke need a sense of calm.  You provided it.  At practice end my entire back felt of pure energy.  Here's a video that captures the thought I think we all share of you.  https://youtu.be/XqLTe8h0-jo?si=yI_1CYAATlS3c8aZ

So many great, long stretches!  Appreciated the suggestion to count breathes through most of the poses.  Loved the moves from lunge to leg extended, to threading the needle.  I walk the dogs right after practice so it compliments that activity nicely.

Nice.  I don't think I've done this one so I added it to my calendar.

I had no answer for this one and I thought and thought about it.  It reminded me when people would ask me what my favorite rock band was...I couldn't name merely one.  While in the moment and moves and stretches I find such value in each, even the challenging ones, even when I faultier.  So maybe I will choose star.  Star is a point where I can take it all in, one moment...alive.

Each moment of this practice a blessing.  The shoulder actions were phenomenal.  I always love the look on your face at the end, and know you feel as good as I do.  A gift I open each day...

Oh my!  Nothing like relaxing with the device Devi.  Felt good to melt into a clear mind of relaxation.  Gentle, relaxing, ....bliss.

Stretch packed quickie I both enjoyed and needed.  After yesterday's yard work this was the perfect counter balance.  I've learned to quickly substitute my own variation when dragon tail arises as it's tough on my knees.  Now off to the tasks I skipped yesterday!

Your hope fulfilled as I throughly enjoyed (and benefited) from this practice.  So many great stretches and I thought back to when I first started.  Moving from deer to half saddle (my version) came so easily.  Lots of moments of a clear mind.  Whatever this day holds its start, simply wonderful.
