Found time for this practice this morning and also found the suggestion to just keep whatever I brought to the mat. I focused a lot on the yogi breath throughout as my thoughts began to soften along with my poses. Relaxed into things with the extra time, letting the calm meet the chaos, eventually washing over it. Your three practice OMs came through loud and clear. 😮

Perfect stretch as I prepare for the Hands Off rally today. It's been a while since I protested, ERA and anti-war days, but here I am again. Using the yogi's breath to deepen each pose mindfully. Loved the work on stiffness from yesterday's Spring yard work. Taking a positive attitude and energy to the street!
