I’m keeping to my usual rhythm, beginning each morning with Yin, which I love. I stay mindful not to push too far, honoring balance. Since alcohol isn’t part of my life, that’s easy. And rain or shine, walking the dogs keeps my heart strong and steady.

I've found over time I have learned to make so many subtle adjustments to move deeper within these basic poses.  Relaxing into them is an art of its own.  An older body, but one which feels incredible.  The river of Life, just going with the flow...

Bit of a sore knee today, so glad to have this practice to learn how to work around it, and benefit it I feel.  As always, love spending time in the stretches.  Wonderful way to start this day...

Great routine for my back and shoulders!  I found I need to move slower when going into camel.  LOL. Glad only my nonjudgmental dogs were watching.

This was an interesting mix for me, this time.  I had a lot on my mind and found it revealing to observe what my mind was up to.  I normally do a more detached, empty meditation, but enjoy those were I am not directed to visualized anything.  I have aphantasia so I don't "see" things in my mind as most do.  I have found that this actually helps me in my meditation.

I keep returning to this Favorite when I have a busy morning, but need my Yin.  This practice is so good for my shoulders!

Shared spheres expand across time and space, souls merge into one, rest and healing bathed in the breath, this day has begun....

Amazing.  Energy flowing through my body, that healing tingle in my shoulders. Being coaxed into comfort and calm.  My back is still all aglow...

What a way to start the day. Definitely go the energy flowing!  Shoulders and knees make we wary of boat pose so I opted for an extended child pose.  Loved the balancing sequence.

Always love the time lavishing in the longer stretches.  Found it interesting how the breath continues to find the tension I am unaware.  I'm learning to angle my arms more over my head, than to the side, in twisted root to find my total spine twist.  It lets me work my unique shoulder geometry better.  My vibration work at the end resonated with the deepening breath I've developed.
