For me this one slipped a little mindful core work within, which I liked. When I venture into other practices I find myself wishing they'd hold the poses longer and at times I let them move on and do my own thing. 😉

Very peaceful practice. Resting in the stretches letting the gentle breath deepen each pose. My knees (each taking their turn) had given me problems over the past few months, but I noticed today both were back to normal. I've learned a slower pace and placement in my moves is so beneficial.
