I do admit I usually follow your cues, but I make it my own within the poses.  For me that's the nature of yin.  You help me find the nuances of the moves.

I strongly suspect if I go to heaven I will be greeted by someone telling me to roll my mat out for an eternal practice.  Lingered in the long stretches, moving just a little this way or that, finding the bull's eye on my target area.  I love yin yoga...

Really enjoyed this session.  Particularly you instructions during dragon really resonated with me and made targeting and following of ease.  I'm finding stretches beyond the "boundaries" I seem have with my body, it feels good and makes me feel more alive.  I moved easily into the missing poses as well, working with the silence as a tool.  Noticed the sound of insects.  I was born and raised in the Midwest so they were like familiar friends.

Yin moves as dusk fell...perfect.  I actually did this in the morning and was primed for a lot of vigorous yard work thereafter.  My shoulders are really feeling good these days.

I don't have an easy answer for this.  The more challenging poses, I don't dislike, but these are the ones that provide the gradual growth I've learned to love.  Breathing into the pose, the deep breaths, I had to work on, but now love the benefit I reap.  I recall that my introduction into saddle left me wondering if I was heading down the right yoga path, but understanding through your comments helped me take that at the pace I needed.  

This encompassed everything.  Loved the long, linger stretches, the breath work, the relaxation into the poses.  The music fit perfectly.  The sequencing of them was great too.  Began practice wishing 40 minutes was 30.  Ended wanted 40 to be 50.  

I really found the expanded frog pose beneficial.  It pulled on my groin muscles in way that demonstrated to me how tight mine were.  Again I felt a real spinal energy at the end of practice.

Very meditative.  Heard your voice at times.  :)

45 minutes of bliss.  The extra time in poses is so beneficial, deepening and adjusting.  I sensed a lot of the tightness I take for granted easing today, noticing small areas of release.  Time shared wit the bird's calls was so delightful.  

Forget all of your ideas about the body—
