Fun doing Hatha yoga with you.  I appreciated the pace and the mindful moves.

The graceful way the app started this morning, the seamless connection to my TV, was all so appreciated.  I like how at practice end I found options to easily comment and save.  Your squeakiest wheel has been well oiled.  Please let Kara know.

With a really good night's sleep I found myself with a new sense of relaxing into many of the poses this morning.  I am in good health and job shape, but I seem to be more keenly aware of how my body is aging.  Practices as these are helping me appreciate life.

Soooooo pleased the logon process is finally smooth and app is now ready for action immediately.  I've already started my playlists.  Thank you Devi!!!!

Loved this long, deep practice, really taking time to "feel" the sensations.  Having the props handy is always a great way to better explore.  The heat in my spine was intense at the end, still rushing as I type this.

Heard from a cherished friend before practice which set the mood for a very meditative state within each pose.  I was able to get into half-saddles my way, but opted for reclined cobbler over full.  Surprised a bit when I realized it was over.

Lots of tension and soreness to work with and release, so this was timely indeed.  Enjoy spending the extra time in poses.  I usually make it a point to avoid the headlines before practice, but not today, so I decided to work on myself for a while and maybe be in better shape to work on the world later...

Now a master at the prop-swap, I explored deeper poses with their aid.  I didn't remember cat-tail, but can see it will help with a more gentler tuck on my knees.  I had to split saddle between each side, but had the timing down.  I planted two large Portuguese laurels yesterday so this was the balance I needed after a good night's sleep. "Finding the place" where it benefits most was no problem.

Spent some time hiking this week and then returning home the physical and mental tightness was moving in.  This was a perfect practice to target areas needed as well as notice my busy mind.  Doing poses my way, I found great release.  Your guidance made it easy for me not to push the poses for find the benefits.

Heading out for a mini trip to the west coast, cabin overlooking the Northern Pacific for a couple of days.  I'll be my own teacher those days, but wanted to start the trek being gentle on my body and mind.  Devi's cues to awareness were so beneficial.  Time for last minute packing and then to hit the road...
