Always love the time lavishing in the longer stretches. Found it interesting how the breath continues to find the tension I am unaware. I'm learning to angle my arms more over my head, than to the side, in twisted root to find my total spine twist. It lets me work my unique shoulder geometry better. My vibration work at the end resonated with the deepening breath I've developed.

What a way to start the day. Definitely go the energy flowing! Shoulders and knees make we wary of boat pose so I opted for an extended child pose. Loved the balancing sequence.
