It was delicious to begin with legs up the wall followed by so many favourites : sleeping swan, square , shoelace to name but a few.❤️

Oh my gosh 😅 faster than I expected. I managed to completely mix up left and right 😂I had fun though and seemed to be in elephant pose without really knowing how I got there . I love the idea of a yang into yin practice. I will try it again sometime and turn down the play back rate to 75% .💕

That is great Minke I am saving the yin practice from the calendar for tonight.💕

It felt like all the previous yin practices helped to make more room in these more active stretches. 💕

I appreciate longer practices; but unfortunately I can be sensitive to sounds and today the music was too much like I was surrounded by bees.

I am grateful we have a good choice of practices so after 10 minutes I gave up and did the lovely Somatic Yoga to Soften the Spine. 💕

This is a soft stretching and relaxing practice. I loved doing the spinal movement on my back with one bent leg at a time from side to side. Ending with breath work and om chanting always makes me smile 😊
