Lovely practice 💕

Devi Daly Thank you Devi I appreciate your calm and easy to follow guidance 💕

Her I am in December 2025 sitting on my yoga mat in the kitchen.

I am a Danish woman living in southern Sweden.

I did the January 30 days Yin challenge 2 years ago; now I am back for more calm and slower practices.

Minke I did figure 4 because it was a long time since I did it and today it felt softer to do . 💕

I chose square pose over figure 4 because I don’t often get the choice, and square targets the hips in a softer way. That’s what I felt today anyway . I like both poses though. Next time it might be figure 4.

I am so excited about this series and looking forward to tomorrow 💕

Every day

The combination of yin and pranayama felt very relaxing ☺️💕

In saddle pose I felt that I should not go down on my elbows; so I placed a block under each elbow. It can be a hard pose for me but I am glad I did because I felt a lovely tingling sensation all the way from the top of my feet to the front of my hips.💕I really enjoy the longer holds. Thank you for a wonderful practice 😊

Thank you Devi . I loved doing the cat tail variation , and it is so good to end with a meditation 💕

I am ready for bed now. Thank you am so relaxed.
