I do love saddle and can relax in it better then half saddle. Adding a block under my knee in half saddle seems to help me.

It was luminous!  FYI  I experimented with Saddle today, for me sitting on my heels & using the bolster I felt more of stretch in the thighs. Shifting half way through and sitting between the feet more intense backbend.  All good!

Loved the sequence…I used the bolster in sleeping swan resting my head, upper arms and elbows on to get a extra stretch in my arm pit area.
