I had trouble with my zoom today so I had to close out of the February 2026 Live Yin class. At first I was bummed; however, it made it possible for me to enjoy this delicious December 2025 Live/recorded class. Thank you for making these live/recorded classes available. Perhaps next March Live zoom class will work better for me.

Hi, I'm a seasoned yoga follower from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I began yoga in 1978 and have been practicing ever since (all genres.) I'm finding Devi's Yin Yoga to be the perfect match for my now aging body. Having been blessed with lots of flexibility, yoga postures have always come easily for me and have been a main source of comfort and joy for my mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. However, two years ago I fell down the stairs while visiting my sister in Michigan. i fractured a vertebrae. Although I recovered after several months, old injuries have a way of resurfacing. Ever since then yoga has been more of a challenge. I'm thrilled that Yin Yoga provides almost instant relief to my back and leg pain. I found Devi a year ago and am now hooked. I love belonging to yoga communities. So I'm truly happy to find this community from all over the world to exchange our yoga/life stories. These Yin classes are the true remedy for the aging back. Thank you for these inspiring offerings. I look forward to each Yin practice in my weekly yoga routines.
