Loved this practice. The sequence of the half frog and then moving into sphinx and finally into seal really soothed my stiff body. These variations made this practice both interesting and challenging enough to bring me back for more. Thank you!

Joining from Minneapolis, MN. Thank you for making this recording available. It's such an invaluable experience. BTW, I used a leather swivel chair for my leg prop during savasana. It felt heavenly.
