Wonderful, as always! I was wondering… is there an alternative to thread th needle and rolling panda? I find I just don’t get anything out of those poses.

This was such a fantastic flow and so very much needed. I got burnt out on vinyasa a couple of months ago so have been doing your yin videos exclusively, which I absolutely LOVE. However, I’ve noticed I’ve lost quite a bit of strength so have been trying to incorporate two vinyasas into my week. This was the perfect combination!

Sphinx is really hard for me. I just generally dislike it. I don’t feel like I can ever actually relax into the pose and my arms end up shaking quite a bit. I try to engage my core more and sometimes that helps.

I’ve been running through all of your videos and have just got to this one a year and a half later. I ALWAYS go for the sleeping swan pose - it’s my absolute favorite! I always say I could stay there all day. Watching you from snowy Vermont, USA. Thanks for a great practice as always Devi!

Here late to the game. This was such an awesome practice (as always). I appreciate both forward and back bends and definitely notice the difference between the two. Will say though that one of my favorite poses is a somewhat extended shoulder stand into snail. I often feel the back and forward bends much more in my hamstrings than actually in my back. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you for a wonderful start to my morning!
