It's taken me two attempts to do this practice which, for some reason, I found rather challenging.  I did the full practice this morning and it is truly wonderful.  My body feels soooo good.  I love your meditations too Devi. 🙏

Today I became much more aware of target areas and how to help myself feel them.  With half saddle I had to do one side on my back and the other on my front.  Partly because of my left knee not being optimum.  I'm really liking this 3 wee series Devi. 🙏

I was keen to do day 2 the next day after 1 because I have the time and I love the format.  Day 2 was great and really gave my spine a wonderful stretch. 🙏

I started this course today and loved it.  It's great how all the poses lead into the final meditation. So blissful. 🙏

Saddle is hard for my ankles going back.  I tried the chair option with cushions under my ankles and had to sit up quite high to get a stretch in the front of my legs (quads?). . .  I'm loving your classes Devi, and discovering that my body is opening up - so delicious.    I am in New South Wales, Australia. 🙏
