I'm really enjoying these foundation videos Devi.
It feels like I could do them again and again and my foundations could become second nature to me. 🙏

No wall or door or anything available today to I did legs up the "wall" with my strap !

First of all, when I heard Meditation, I considered changing to another class.
Then realised that I must be here for a reason.
So glad I stayed because there was a lot to learn (specifically not to "fear" meditation). . 
This class is going into my favourites.

For shoelace I did sleeping swan.
Because shoelace and square are pretty inaccessible to me and
Deer doesn't give me much of a stretch.

At present I am doing the teacher training and feel that this foundations courses will enhance that.
I chose figure 4 because I get a great stretch doing that AND I can't stack my legs in square anyway.
Also, I like the stretch better in spinal twist if I keep my shoulders in the floor and rest my squared knees on a bolster.    🙏

This is my first time doing a class with others. 
Even though I couldn't see you all it was nice knowing you were there.

I love figure four for the great stretch I get
however, it's a challenge to know what to do with my long long arms which I could
tie in a knot at the end.  😂
