I was keen to do day 2 the next day after 1 because I have the time and I love the format.  Day 2 was great and really gave my spine a wonderful stretch. 🙏

Saddle is hard for my ankles going back.  I tried the chair option with cushions under my ankles and had to sit up quite high to get a stretch in the front of my legs (quads?). . .  I'm loving your classes Devi, and discovering that my body is opening up - so delicious.    I am in New South Wales, Australia. 🙏

My shoulders are VERY stiff and it is hard for me to do anything involving them.  It was so good to do these stretches. . .  Thanks Devi, I'll look for more of this is your other videos. 🙏
