At present I am doing the teacher training and feel that this foundations courses will enhance that.I chose figure 4 because I get a great stretch doing that AND I can't stack my legs in square anyway.Also, I like the stretch better in spinal twist if I keep my shoulders in the floor and rest my squared knees on a bolster.    🙏

I love figure four for the great stretch I gethowever, it's a challenge to know what to do with my long long arms which I couldtie in a knot at the end.  😂

I had actually wanted to do a longer class this morning but got sucked in by the name of this practice.SO glad I did - WoW ! ! ! Seriously though Devi, in reality,  it doesn't much matter which class I do of yours, they're all branded with your lovely calming voice, immense knowledge and generosity of soul. . .   🙏

Been doing some pretty heavy (for me) work the last 12 days and only had time for shorter practices.I broke back into longer this morning with this one and it was magnificent.  Nice longer stretches, with all that time to become all dreamy and lost in yin love.  🙏
