For some reason my streak history is incorrect - I’ve done it daily but it’s not recording it as such?? No biggie as I know I’ve done it every day!

I commute to work on my bicycle most days and then do walk/cycle patrols for my job as a police community support officer. And for the last 6 or so weeks I’ve been doing your wonderful yin classes virtually every day (before bed mostly and usually I do an hour session). I very occasionally do strength training but just don’t feel the love for that as much as your classes Devi! I walk my dogs for an hour a time at least three times a week (my mum walks them the other days in case anyone thinking my dogs don’t often get walked 😀). I eat a fairly balanced diet, don’t smoke and am occasional drinker.

That’s a fabulous experiment! It really helps to spur you on (not that we need much with your sessions!). Roll on October 1st 🙌🫶❤️

I picked regularly do seated meditation as I do your yin classes regularly and you incorporate it into them. However, just yesterday funnily enough, I was considering doing more of it, as in separately to your yin classes.

Wow thank you 🙏🏼 Day one was amazing. Wasn’t sure if I was intermediate standard as only been doing daily yoga practice consistently for two months but hey! …. If it’s too much I can just ease off. Thanks Devi 🫶🏼

I pressed intuitive movement by mistake and can’t change it! Deep stretching is the one for me, followed closely by nervous system reset and mindfulness ❤️
