Good morning! I'm trying a holistic approach to healing a case of bicep tendonitis - yoga and accupuncture - I'd like to avoid going to PT if I can as my schedule is a little chaotic right now.  Can you recommend specific poses that can help with this? And any poses I should definitely avoid? Thanks in advance for any suggestions! 🙏🥰

After a very busy summer, I'm looking forward to turning inward and focusing on self care as I recover from an injury.  Yoga, meditation and acupuncture will be my saving graces!

Im new to the studio but would love daily classes 20-30min long. My husband and I walk early and I try to follow that with stretching so to have a class at the ready without searching would be perfect! I’m really enjoying this platform! 🙏🏻
